A School Aid coordinator will book you a 2 week ‘Take Home’ campaign and ensure that no other school in your area is running the same campaign around the dates you want.
Complete online Sign Up Form.
Liaise with the School Aid coordinator to discuss:
- Number of students participating.
- Appropriate prizes.
- Delivery date and location to store ‘Take Home’ packs.
- Labeling the packs.
- A date to explain the ‘Take Home’ pack with students and motivate with prizes.
Send out the first 2 letters Announcing Our Fundraiser and then Our Fundraiser Is Starting advising of the start date of the campaign.
Send ‘Take Home’ packs home with students. Each pack contains a printed envelope explaining how the campaign works.
When the campaign is about to finish send out third letter Our Fundraiser Is Finishing.
Collect and tally up all monies and unsold Take Home Packs.
Award prizes once campaign is tallied up.
Once your campaign is finished contact your School Aid coordinator to advise them of sales and to organise collection of unsold ‘Take Home’ packs.
Send out the Big Thank You letter.
