A School Aid coordinator will book you a 2 week Reusable Shopping Bag campaign and ensure that no other school in your area is running the same campaign around the dates you want.
Complete online Sign Up Form.
Liaise with the School Aid coordinator to discuss:
- Number of students participating.
- Appropriate prizes.
- Delivery date and location to store Reusable Shopping Bags.
- Labeling the packs.
- A date to explain Reusable Shopping Bags with students and motivate with prizes.
Send out first 2 letters Anouncing Our Fundraiser and then Our Fundraiser Is Starting advising of the start of the campaign.
Send Reusable Shopping Bags home with students. Each pack contains a printed envelope explaining how the campaign works and giving ideas on how to make selling the Reusable Shopping Bags easy.
Send out third letter Our Fundraiser Is Finishing.
Collect and tally up all monies and unsold Reusable Shopping Bags.
Award prizes once campaign is tallied up.
Once your campaign is finished contact your School Aid coordinator to advise them of sales and to organise collection of unsold Reusable Shopping Bags.
Send out the Big Thank You letter.
